Insight: The smart assistant inside Volkswagen’s digital platform "We Experience“ helps organizing your day. The app also allows external suppliers to offer their services inside the Volkswagen digital ecosystem.
Idea: To raise awareness and demonstrate the platform's benefits to people and new suppliers, we made it more relatable by giving it a face and a name (Sabrina) and following her through the day.
